Prof. Aramesh has a PhD in biophysics from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He came to ETH Zurich as Marie-Curie postdoctoral fellow in 2016 and he is now a Professor in the Institute for Biomedical Engineering (IBT) of the University and ETH Zurich (Department for Information Technology and Electrical Engineering) heading the Laboratory for Single-Molecule and Single-Cell Biophysics since 2024.
Research Interests:
single cell profiling, nanopore sensing, single molecule sensing, cell instructive interfaces, cell engineering and therapies
